Educate

Let us show you how to use the latest technologies to create secure connections, called Virtual Private Networks (VPN’s). VPN’s allow you to share data from your office to your home without opening yourself to hackers. We can also teach you about how RAID (Redundant Array of Independent [or Inexpensive] Disks) can help you protect your data and keep your server running. RAID uses disk drives that employ two or more drives in combination for fault tolerance and performance. We are also experts at virus and spyware removal, and how to protect against these malicious files.

Flexibility

networkTask.com gives you the flexibility to choose the type of support you prefer. You can hire us on an hourly basis to handle issues as they come along, or schedule us for occasional maintenance reviews. Alternatively, you may have an ongoing monthly agreement to have us monitor and/or maintain your network. We offer but do not require contracts or the benefits of memberships for these types of commitments, but they are available if you wish.

When you choose to have networkTask.com maintain your network on agreement, we will visit a pre-determined number of times per month to address any issues and install any updates that became available since our last visit. For more critical updates, we will notify you and offer you the opportunity to decide if more critical action should be taken, such as a visit off schedule. When possible, we will trade time between scheduled and unscheduled visits to ease any financial burdens.

Network Management should be about preventative measures when possible, but not all businesses feel the same critical need for services.
